Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This policy applies to consumer health data that PaintedDev, LLC collects through the Incru app, as required by Washington’s My Health My Data Act. Our general Privacy Policy covers all other information.
Consumer health data we collect, and why
We collect the workout information you enter: exercises, routines, sets, reps, weight, duration, distance, notes, completion status, and the dates and times you log them. We also generate progress information from those entries, such as your next recommended target, your totals over time, and the charts and session summaries the App shows you.
We collect this data to provide the features you ask for: recording your workouts, calculating your next targets, showing your history and progress, syncing your entries across your devices, and sending the reminders you turn on. We do not use it for advertising.
Where we collect it from
We collect consumer health data directly from you, through the App, when you enter or edit a workout. We also receive your own previously entered data from your Incru account when you sign in on another device.
Consumer health data we share
We share no categories of consumer health data. We do not sell consumer health data.
Your data is stored for us by our cloud hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, which processes it only on our instructions and may not use it for its own purposes.
Third parties and affiliates we share it with
None. We have no affiliates, and we share no categories of consumer health data with third parties.
Your rights
If you are a Washington resident, you have the right to:
- confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and access that data;
- get a list of all third parties and affiliates we have shared or sold your consumer health data with;
- withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing of your consumer health data; and
- have your consumer health data deleted.
